Thanks for the picture.
Over-temperature protection has started automatically, please unplug the power supply and continue charging after 10 minutes of standing.
My Tank x10 encountered an obstacle during cleaning. The lights are steady green in the middle with two steady red lights at each end. I removed the robot from the pool and attempted to turn it off. It would not turn off, and, 14 hours later it is still displaying the light pattern. When the robot would not turn off, I moved the switch between off, S, and F trying to get the lights to change. I thought, perhaps, I should just let the battery run down and try again after charging, but it has been 14 hours without any apparent change of the lights. Please advise.
Let me contact you for more information.
Mine on the second time used, it was flipped upside down after 5 minutes. I pulled it out and open the basket and inspected the brushes and tracks and found no foreign object at all.
Moved the switch to the “off” position or any position and the red lights are still there. I connected to the charger and after 5 hours still red lights all across. Please advise

I replied earlier to the private message, got an email showing that a support ticket was initiated; what’s next?
Thanks for your reply. Will continue contacting you through private message.
I have used my X11 three times now. When I turn on either setting all white lights come on followed by two outer lights turning blue then a small click then repeat.
Accoding to your description. That’s normal.
Please read this post for more instruction.

Yes but it never turns yellow indicating it’s ready to put in pool.
Now no lights come on. I put on charger and again no lights.
Hi dear
Please send us a video of the problem you mentioned to community@smorobot.com
We will do our best to help with it.

Hi Rosalina,
I’m afraid I am less an less happy with the robot. It doesn’t clean very well anymore. I put in my original robot to compare. That brings up a lot more dirt.
Now I see that the rotor in the top is not turning. Shouldn’t that be turning?
Regards, Nicolette
Yes, it should be. Please make a video and send to us.
- We suggest you check if something (e.g. a leaf or algea) gets stuck in the fan or is there any crack causing the inoperation. If not,
- try putting it in water turned on following normal procedures, to see if the fan turns. Note: you can hold it in water, and when the fan starts, water will come out from it. If not,
- Observe if the thread moves.
Hi Rosalina,
I have already spoken to Cheryl via Messenger. She advised the same. She offered me a replacement as the rotor is not visibly stuck on anything…
She als said she couldn’t see my email anywhere, which is why I continued with her.
Regards, Nicolette
Lights are different now. I didn’t put in…
