Has anyone received a response from Smorobot lately? Been way for a replacement unit to ship. I was warned it wouldnt be until end of March. Been trying to get an update with no response.
Not sure my issue is the same, I have a single red light - first light on the left. What does this mean?
Last time I used it and recharged, the full array of white lights stayed on after I unplugged charger and even though main switch was off. I left it for 2 days and finally lights went off. I then plugged back in to charger to fully recharge - it was still about 90%. After it fully recharged white lights came on across the full front, with one red light on extreme left.
Switched it to standard mode and after normal start procedure (yellow flashing) I placed in pool and it cleaned for a while before stopping (maybe an hour) When it pulled it out and plugged it in, it was still more than 50% charged.
Is anyone else having trouble with getting a hold of the company? Iām suspicious that they are going under. There product was pulled from Amazon. They told me I would get a full refund. I think they are insolvent. Itās very fishy. It seems like they have taken their money and ran. I would like my refund as promised. This product is an absolute mess. I have had two die on me. I couldnāt take it anymore. Pretty much a piece of junk. Their warranty is useless.
Iām unfortunately in the same boat. They offered a 60% refund and tried to claim I was out of my warranty window which is obviously not true. When I brought that to their attention and reminded them Iāve now had two broken units they said I would get a replacement shipped but I needed to wait 2 weeks for the upgraded model. After they confirmed my address three weeks ago I havenāt had any responses to my messages. Really crappy of them.
Seems they have disappeared. Maybe they went under.
My robot now has from left to right: yellow, white, red, green and blue. It also wonāt start. @Rosalina what should I do?
Fairly certain the company has gone bankrupt/closed/imploded.

Canāt get an answer from anyone on this site anymore but strangely enough my replacement device arrived today. Seems I may have been one of the last on the list before they folded up shop. Letās see how long this one lasts for. Third times a charm.
