Warranty Claim

has anyone received any responses from them lately??

I can’t even see how to make a warranty claim. How did you file yours?

My X11 Smorobot stopped working last week. I sent an email to Rosalina on June 1 and got an automated answer from Support saying that the ticked was received. I have sent emails both to Rodalina and Support asking for the status with no answer.
