Our Robot is not working well anymore. When we charge it it just has a steady red light and won’t charge or work anymore! Only was able to use it for one summer. Does the battery need to be changed or do we need to file a claim?
Did anyone respond to this? I am having the same problem. I plug it in and there is a steady red light. it will work for a little while and then stop.
Nope! Nothing! I’m very dissapointed by the customer service. We even did a claim directly with them and have not received a response!! Please let me know if you find anything out? Thank you so much and sorry you are having the same problem.
