Hi there My robot which I purchased last October (2022) is not working. It is doing only 3 red lights in the middle when trying to charge and it will sit there with only 3 red lights indefinitely. I tried to charge it overnight three times but nothing changes. Seems to be stuck at 3 red lights. I left it unplugged for a week and then tried again, still can’t seem to charge it. How do I get a replacement? Arvind
