I had my robot fully charged. Turned it to s mode waited for the yellow light put it in the pool and submerged it. It did not climb the walls. I took it out and repeated it and had the same results. Any ideas about what is wrong? I read one post that said firmware but I can’t seem to find how or where to download the update. Any assistance would be appreciated.
