Did anyone ever respond?
Downloaded new software. Doesn’t climb anymore and only runs 20 minutes. Very unhappy!!!
How do you update the firmware and where did you download it from?
Using the application from the web site and downloading the firmware according to your instructions. Checked the download by the download page at the bottom to be sure it was successful.

I fully charged it and it’s now climbing. Can you send me a link to the firmware update process or the link to download the software please.
